Capture or Refund

To capture (force) in WordPress WooCommerce, follow these steps: Access your WordPress admin dashboard, go to WooCommerce, and click on Orders. Locate the specific order you want to manage and click on it to view the order details. If you want to capture a payment, ensure the order status is set to “Completed,” and WooCommerce will automatically finalize the payment.

For refunds, click on the “Refund” button within the order details, specify the refund amount and reason, and proceed to process the refund by tapping “Refund $xx.xx ia Charge Anywhere“.

It’s important to note that payments that are authenticated only cannot be refunded, and changing the status to “complete” for a payment that is already captured won’t impact the ledger. WooCommerce provides a user-friendly interface for managing payments and refunds within your WordPress website.
